Whether you’re for or against legal cannabis, you can’t but marvel at the speed at which the cannabis industry has “mainstreamed” in recent years, as more states legalize the stuff. Case in point: we now have the Kush Canister – an FDA-compliant canister for securely packaging pot.

Once a shady (if ubiquitous) illegal enterprise, the cannabis trade now has full-time consultants, financial services and ivy-league-educated executives. It’s a multi-billion dollar industry impacting agriculture, retail consumer products and several other industries.

Get ready for cannabis products ranging from soft drinks to over-the-counter medicines – all at a store near you.

Which brings us back to the Kush Canister. Its maker, Kush Bottles, markets its own range of packaging, supplies, vaporizers, accessories and branding for the regulated cannabis industry.

The Kush Canister can fit just over one ounce of cannabis flower and has a certified child resistant push-top to comply with regulations in the states that require child resistant packaging.

They think of everything, don’t they? It’s a brave, (or stoned), new world.
