How do I set up my Direct Deposit?
Setting up your Direct Deposit is easy and with AERO Checking your paycheck will be deposited directly to your checking account each payday. If you click here we’ll take you to everything you will need to give your employer or direct deposit to a joint owner account.
What if I forgot my password?
If you’ve lost or forgot your Online Banking password, no worries! With a valid Login ID you can always visit our Forgotten Password area of our website to update your password. If you have forgotten your password or Login ID than please call us at: 623.334.4701 during normal business hours for additional assistance.
How can I join?
AERO Federal Credit Union members are joined to an elect group of individuals that share the same banking and lending philosophies that you do. Membership to the credit union is opened to specific individuals and businesses as long as you live, work, worship, or go to school in our qualified field of membership. Check for your eligibility here. You may also belong to one of our Select Employer Groups (SEG) and can check for your eligibility here.

How do I call in my Visa Debit / Credit card if it is lost or stolen after hours or on weekends?

How can I put a fraud alert on my account?
For your protection we recommend visiting one of your local AERO Federal Credit Union branches to put a fraud alert on your account. However we understand if this may not be possible for you. You can also call one of our Operations Officers and they will ask specific details about your member account to put a fraud alert on your account. What are the transaction limits on the debit card? Cash withdrawal limit at an ATM?
The transaction limits on your debit card for standard limits are $1,000 for any Point of Sale (POS) items & $500 Cash from the ATM.
