  • Yes. To avoid delays in accessing the new system, please verify/update your contact information to ensure the information we have on record is accurate by Friday, June 2, 2023.

  • Existing online user IDs will not change. However, you are required to change your password the first time you login. Additionally, each member or person with a unique SSN or Tax ID number will need their own login. Logins are no longer tied to the account, but to each individual person. For example, a married couple that are primary or joint on an account will each have or need to establish their own unique login to online banking.

    Also note, the new system will consolidate all your AERO accounts into a single login. You will no longer have a separate login for each AERO account. Most members do not have multiple AERO accounts with multiple logins currently. For those that do have multiple online banking IDs with AERO, your logins will be consolidated into the AERO account with the lowest numerical value.

    For example, if I have accounts 1001, 1002, and 1003 with AERO and three online banking IDs named examplelogin1, examplelogin2, and examplelogin3. The system will consolidate examplelogin2 and examplelogin3 which belong to accounts 1002 and 1003, respectively, into examplelogin1. Upon logging into the new system, examplelogin1 will have access to AERO accounts 1001, 1002, and 1003.
